<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>For years my Mom would complain of arthritis in her knees.  Her knees looked like swollen melons.  This was a constant source of inflammation in her body. When she went to her family doctor he told her that her condition was normal and to NOT drink any water because it would encourage painful swelling in her legs.</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong> Recently my Mom was diagnosed with Pre-Diabetes.  My late grandmother had diabetes and with it many complications including the loss of her left leg and eventually heart failure.  My Mom didn’t want any part of being a Diabetic. </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong> Armed with a reasonable amount of information, my Mom quickly pulled herself together and started eating better, exercising and taking supplements.</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong> As of today, she has lost 30 pounds in 3 months. There is no longer swelling in her legs and as a result she no longer has pain in her knees. Her cholesterol is down by 140 points! And her blood pressure is well within a normal, healthy range.</strong></span></p>
